I want to start off by wishing you and your family a Happy New Year! I hope 2024 brings you and your business much success.  I decided to do something special for my first blog of the New Year.  

I am going to give you a complete breakdown, from A to Z, of our process.  Now, many of my customers say that buying a box truck from Box Trucks Jax is the easiest auto buying experience of their life.  And I don’t mean to brag, but I have been able to complete some finance deals in under 1 hour.   

But I thought it would be helpful to give you a behind the scenes look at what we do, and what you can expect when you plan on getting a truck from us.  So without further ado, here’s our world famous process broken down in ______ steps.

Step 1: Inventory Search and Information Gathering

We start our process at the website you are currently reading this on: boxtrucksjax.com.  You can actually visit: https://boxtrucksjax.com/florida-box-trucks/ which will show each vehicle that we have for sale.  The beautiful thing is that you can do the majority of your research right from your smartphone.  

Take your time.  Check out the photos, vehicle information.  Consider some of the important factors of your purchase: miles, box size, liftgate, fuel type.  Everything is right there. And a member of our staff is always available to chat right on the website, if you need help.  

At this stage, it’s also important to do some general research and get a very specific list of qualifications that you are looking for for your next truck. For example: if you are planning on running Amazon routes at https://relay.amazon.com/?utm_source=google&utm_medium=cpc&utm_campaign=search_southeast_conversionia, then you need to know beforehand which vehicle size Amazon is going to require for their loads.

Step 2: Dealership Introduction

This stage is where you are going to meet a member of our team (probably me, Dylan).  We love helping our customers and take pride in our full transparency process. So any questions you may have… ask away!

Step 3: The Application

You can submit your application right from your phone at https://boxtrucksjax.com/credit-application/.  It is a fully secured application that only takes about 2 minutes.  So just go ahead and fill it out and just sit tight, because the next step is the best part!

Step 4: The Approval

Once we get your finance application, we can get to work on getting you approved with a bank.  We work with many different lenders who offer a wide array of finance options.  We pride ourselves on taking our time with your application, and problem solving on your behalf.  We truly want you to be happy with the numbers, so you can be more successful.  

This part of the process can take anywhere from 10 minutes to 24 hours.  So please be patient, but you can be sure that we are doing everything we can for you.  Disclaimer:  Financing is based on credit and income and subject to outside lender approval.  We cannot get everyone approved all the time.  

Step 5: Selection and Test Drive

This is where it gets juicy! Now we can finally select a truck and hit the road.  Once we have the approval, you can go ahead and head over to our location at 3955 St. Augustine Rd. Jacksonville, FL 32207.  Now we can walk the lot, go over truck options in person.  

Once we have selected the perfect truck for you, it’s time for a test drive.  Take it for a spin and make sure you are very happy with the performance of the truck. 

Step 6: Paperwork and Insurance

The final step is the formality of the paperwork or insurance.  This process usually takes 30 minutes to 1 hour.  This where we will go over all the finer details of your finance agreement and answer any questions you may have.
